ABOUT ME
I am a registered psychotherapist with extensive experience working with people from all walks of life. I grew up and received my basic education in Norway, then spent several years in France before moving to the UK, where I trained at the Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies (IPSS).
As a member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) I see private clients for analytical psychotherapy. In addition, I am involved with a helpline for people in urgent need. I understand the need to talk, and I am a great believer in using the phone to offer counselling and therapy. As a life guide I use techniques learnt from NLP and have helped my own spiritual experiences. I deal with relationship problems and help those dependent on substances or the people in their lives.
